NOVICE
CLASS |

A cat can only
be exhibited in the "Novice" class at a minimum age of 10
months in its own country after having been checked by the
National Breeding Committee with regard to FIFe's Breeding
and Registration Rules. The judges must be informed in
writing of the reason why the exhibit is in this class. A
novice can only be exhibited once in the "Novice" class. Two
signatures of different judges are obligatory. The novice
cat must obtain the qualification "EXCELLENT" respectively
"I" for non- recognised breeds in order to authorise
registration. |

CONTROL
CLASS |

A cat can be
checked in the Control class at the request of the National
Breeding Committee or at the request of the
breeder/exhibitor. In this class cats are checked by two
International FIFe judges and this may be done before the
official judging starts. The show organiser must provide the
judges with a written explanation as to why the cat is
presented in this class. |
